Production FAQs
Practical answers for producers, location managers and scouts.
Can we arrange a technical scout?
Yes. Send the project, locations and proposed dates through the production inquiry and the office will set a time.
How far is the ranch from Calgary?
About 45 minutes southwest of the city, near Longview.
Are the interiors practical?
Several locations have usable interiors, including the Mansion’s furnished rooms and rooms at the Fort. Each set page lists the current status; confirm clearances and dressing before scheduling.
Can you supply animals, wranglers and stunts?
Yes — horses, buffalo, cattle and longhorns with wranglers and stunt coordination, subject to availability, preparation time, insurance and safety planning.
Can we rent props or wagons for use elsewhere?
Yes. Browse Props & Rentals, add items to a rental inquiry, and tell us the period, quantities, dates and delivery location.
Is the availability calendar a booking?
No. It shows indicative availability. Every date is confirmed by the production office.
