Privacy Policy

How John Scott Productions handles website and production inquiry information.

Production inquiries

Details you submit through the production inquiry form are emailed to John Scott Productions so we can respond, and a confirmation is emailed to you. A private copy is kept in the website’s administration area so no inquiry is lost if email fails; it is visible only to authorised staff and is deleted automatically after a set retention period (180 days by default).

Spam protection

If enabled, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person. Turnstile processes limited technical data and does not use advertising cookies.

Embedded content

360° tours (Momento360) and maps (Google Maps) load only when you choose to open them. Until then, no request is made to those services.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use privacy-respecting measurement. Any analytics that set cookies run only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete information you have sent us, contact the production office.
